The Asia Rugby Council has ratified the decision to establish its operations office in Dubai, following the signing of an agreement with the UAE Government in mid-2022. The move aims to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate communication with national unions across the continent. The decision was confirmed during a meeting chaired by Qais Al Dhalai, President of Asia Rugby. Al Dthalai expressed his appreciation for the UAE's support for the office and praised the country's position in hosting major sporting events.
