Twenty-nine seventh-grade students from Sayville Middle School have been selected for publication in a national student anthology through Young Writers USA. The students' original short stories were part of the contest's theme, Unsolved: Mystery and Betrayal. Their work will be featured in the spring edition of a creative writing anthology. The organization supports educators across the country by creating engaging contest themes, providing resources, and awarding prizes.
