The Gotham Film & Media Institute has announced its nominations for the third annual Gotham Television Awards. Netflix's "Big Mistakes" and "Death By Lightning" were among the top two shows to receive four nominations. The event will be held on June 1 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York. The Duffer Brothers will receive a special honor for their "Stranger Things" episode. The nominations were selected by a group of film and television critics, journalists, festival programmers and film curators. The final winners will be decided by a jury of "writers, directors, actors, producers, editors, and others directly involved in television"
