Hoboken Condo Sells For Nearly $5M, Setting Record

The sale of a condo in the Hudson Tea building, located in the former Lipton Tea factory, sets a new record for nearly $5M. The sale was represented by Peter Cossio of The Hudson Realty Group and Michael Kotler of Move Ahead Homes at New and Modern Group. The building has been home to celebrities such as former Gov. Jon Corzine and former Giants Quarterback Eli Manning. The home is located on the northeast corner of the building with views of the George Washington Bridge and the Hudson River.
