Russia boosts oil exports from western ports in early April despite drone attacks

Russia's crude oil exports increased in early April, largely due to disruptions caused by drone attacks. The Baltic ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga, along with the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk, loaded a combined total of about 2 million barrels per day (biodually) of crude oil in the first week of April, compared to an average of 1.9 million bioditional. The largest share of loadings came from Primorossk, which was hit by a drone attack but resumed loading shortly afterwards.
