Buffalo man gets 18 years for killing brother in 2022

A Buffalo man, Jerome Cole, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for the murder of his brother, Marcus Anthony Cole, Jr., in 2022. Cole was initially charged with second-degree murder but pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in March. He will also be subject to five years of post-release supervision once he is out of prison.
