Cleveland Public Power outage left homes and businesses in Collinwood, Ohio, dark for several days. Most residents had power restored by Monday, but the outage map showed 51-500 customers still without service. Demetria Stewart, a Collinwick resident, lost her Easter dinner and food stored in her refrigerator. Shenice Artino, co-owner of Tony's Beverage Store, said the business lost revenue and lost its refrigerators and new food for customers. She said Cleveland Public Power representatives were unresponsive during the outage. Epp Marsh Jr., who has lived in Collinewood for over 55 years, expressed concern about potential damage to electronics from power surges.
