"Hailey's Law" would require parental approval for a child to download an app or a game, and would also require parents to be notified if features such as chatting ability change. The proposal also includes creating a "Pink Alert" system to alert the public to missing children and adults who may not meet all requirements of a state-issued Amber Alert.
