An absurd job interview, family rifts and more at Indy Film Fest 2026

The Indy Film Fest is returning for its 23rd year with over 70 films from 17 countries, including five world premieres. From April 22-26, the festival will show a range of comedies, dramas, and documentaries, with over 15 made in Indiana. The opening film is "Carolina Caroline," about a woman who leaves her small town to search for her estranged mother in the Southeast. Fans can watch these films in person at the Kan-Kan Cinema and Dance Kaleidoscope, with online screenings also available. The festival will announce the award winners at a party on April 25.
