Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson expressed concern over the potential fallout from the court's decision, stating that it could lead to a drop in healthcare quality. While Justice Elena Kagan praised Jackson for "reimagining" settled First Amendment law, Kagan countered that First Amendment protections apply regardless of the state's view. The court's opinion does not address "content-based but viewpoint-neutral laws," Kagan noted.
