A federal judge has ruled that President Donald Trump's executive order to end funding for PBS and NPR public media violates the First Amendment. The ruling was made by U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss, who was nominated for the bench by President Barack Obama. Both PBS and PBS had sued over the decision, arguing that the government's actions were discriminatory.
