Parole absconder arrested in Delano area for alleged sexual abuse of minor in Porterville

A multi-agency operation has resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Antonio Martinez from Salinas for allegedly using social media to meet and sexually abuse a child in Porterville, California. Police found Martinez in the Delano area and he was also determined to be an absconding from CDCR Parole for the past year.
