Man Killed, Gunman At Large In Harlem, Police Say

The victim was shot in the torso while inside 231 West 149th St. between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. The victim was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made yet. The identity of the victim is being kept private until his family is notified.
