However, without warning, her account was suddenly disabled and her income significantly decreased. She reached out for help from an automated system, which was unable to access her account. The company, Meta, responded to the issue and said they are working to improve their systems. This issue is a common issue with social media and the contract with Instagram mandates arbitration, meaning you cannot legally sue for lost revenue.
