The video of Iranian missiles striking Tel Aviv, Israel, widely shared on social media is likely to have been AI-generated, according to three independent digital forensics experts. The experts highlighted numerous inconsistencies in the footage, including a damaged Israeli flag and distorted solar panels. They also noted that the sirens sounded artificial and the speech had a robotic quality. The State University of New York professor identified three separate artefacts indicating AI generation during the video's zoom period.
