The city of Albuquerque has completed upgrades to Daniel Webster Memorial Park, dedicated to Officer Daniel Webster, including a new gathering area and playground equipment. The city's first extreme fitness course was also added at the request of Webster's widow. The park also features a new kids' play space designed to resemble a miniature Sandia Crest. This is the fourth time the city has dedicated a little library to the park, as previous ones were vandalized.
