Buffalo woman charged after pedestrian hit, killed on Broadway

A 24-year-old woman from Buffalo, Danielle Davis, is facing a maximum of 15 years in prison for allegedly driving drunk when she hit a pedestrian on Broadway in the Emerson neighborhood of the city. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on the morning of October 19, 2025. Davis was arraigned on an indictment charging her with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and first-degree manslaughter. She remains under supervision with a suspended driver’s license following a $100,000 bail.
