Capri Homemade Italian Ice Shop in Wayne, Michigan, has reopened after a hiatus from its previous year. The shop, which has been owned by the Davis family for 20 years, still uses a binder containing its handwritten recipes. New features include hand-dipped ice cream and credit-card machines, which have been implemented after 25 years of cash-only business. The store's owner, Corey Lang, is working to digitize the old recipes.
