The human remains of a man named as Kenneth Earl Wooten were discovered on a busy road near Conetoe, North Carolina, more than 12 hours after their discovery. The investigation is ongoing and ongoing. An arrest warrant has been filed for Wootan, who was also identified as Woothen. The remains of the man were discovered earlier this month.
