‘I was mocked’: United passenger ‘humiliated’ after getting soaked by stream of unidentified liquid during flight

A United Airlines passenger, Kevin Glover, was left "wet and humiliated" after being soaked by a stream of unidentified liquid on a flight from Houston to Chicago. The incident was captured in a viral Instagram clip. Despite alerting flight attendants, Glover was left soaked from head to undies and was left paranoid about potential health risks. Despite submitting a complaint form, United only offered a $167 refund and a digital flight credit, which he declined. Despite sharing the video, Glover remains angry about the airline's lack of communication regarding the incident.
