The head of the United Nations (UNRWA) is seeking an investigation into the killing of over 390 employees in the Gaza war, making it the deadliest conflict in the UNRWA's history. Philippe Lazzarini, who will be replaced by Britain's Christian Saunders, has raised the issue with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and member states in New York.
