Kevin Gavin, a 71-year-old Brooklyn man, has pleaded guilty to murdering three women in separate incidents at a New York City Housing Authority apartment building. The victims were identified as vulnerable women who trusted Gavin and he exploited them. Gavin was arrested following the killing of Juanita Caballero and confessed to all three murders. He faces 30 years to life in prison.
