China's Hishow Entertainment has secured its first deals on Bosco Wong-starring series My Dearest Stranger and a potential action thriller, Mastermind, starring Louis Koo. Following its successful launch on Chinese streaming platform Youku, the series has been sold to Catchplay for both Taiwan and Indonesia. The 13-part series is directed by Lin Yu-Hsien and follows the story of a housewife who discovers that her husband may have a dark side. Hishowe is also launching sales on Mastermind starring Koo, which follows a detective who becomes the prime suspect in the death of a man who dies in policy custody.
