Family-owned gourmet food retailer, Fourchette, will close its Red Bank shop on Saturday, April 11th after three years in the city. The store, which opened in April 2023, carries specialty cheeses, oils and vinegars, along with European-inspired gifts and housewares. Customers will still be able to purchase products online and at the two other locations. The business is encouraging customers to visit the Red Bank store before it closes.
