Teen killed in Salem shooting, second teen charged

The Indiana State Police (ISP) has charged another 14-year-old with reckless homicide for the death of a 14-month-old boy in Salem. The victim was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. The second suspect is being held at a juvenile detention center in Fort Wayne.
