Man Arrested In Fatal DUI Near Elmhurst: Cops

Zion Turrubiates-Andrade, a 22-year-old man from Bensenville, has been charged with aggravated DUI and two counts of aggravated DUI. The charges stem from a crash that occurred about 5 a.m. on Friday morning on Route 83 near the intersection of Frontage Road and Interstate 290. Both occupants were taken to a local hospital for treatment, but two days later, one of them died from injuries. The incident was reportedly caused by the use of ride-sharing services.
