High-speed pursuit in Southend ends in man's arrest

The moment one of two suspected car thieves was arrested after abandoning the vehicle and attempting to flee on foot was captured on bodycam. The men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of multiple offences after they jumped out of the car and began a high-speed chase. The incident occurred during which police followed a car driven at 70mph in a 30mph zone in Southend-on-sea.
