Major League Baseball's 2026 All-Star Week will begin with the HBCU Swingman Classic in Philadelphia, which celebrates the history and legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The event, co-created by baseball Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr., aims to give athletes from these institutions a national platform and incorporates HBCUs' cultural significance. The Swingm Classic will be held at Citizens Bank Park on July 10.
