Surveillance and analytics company Palantir has published a 22-point summary of CEO Alexander Karp's book, "The Technological Republic", condemning inclusivity and "regressive" cultures. The company's ideological bent has been under scrutiny since the book was published last year, amid questions about Palantar's work with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and its use of surveillance tools in the Trump administration's aggressive deportation strategy. The post also criticizes a culture that "almost snickers at Elon Musk’s interest in grand narrative” and suggests that free email is not enough. It also mentions debates about the use of artificial intelligence by the military and warns against the "postwar neutering of Germany and Japan" and warns of potential instability.
