Rondo Community Land Trust has opened Rondo Exchange, a new small business incubator in St. Paul. The space will support entrepreneurs and artists in the Rondo neighborhood, offering affordable retail space, marketing support and business coaching. The trust aims to help low and moderate-income families build equity in affordable homes and provide local business ownership opportunities. The opening ceremony will take place from 1 to 4 p.m.
