Brother of White House dinner shooting suspect reported alleged manifesto to Connecticut police

Police in New London, Connecticut, were alerted to a manifesto by the brother of the suspect, identified as Cole Tomas Allen, who was arrested after attempting to disrupt the White House Correspondents' Dinner. The manifesto, which stated that he wanted to target administration officials, was sent to the police after several of Allen's family members received it just before the event. The New London Police Department immediately notified federal law enforcement.
