Choegyal Tenzin has purchased the building in South Minneapolis, intending to open Inti Kitchen & Bar in May after a remodel and expansion that will increase interior seating from 45 to 80. Tenzin, who has a background in hospitality, will bring in the former chef of the defunct Tibet Kitchen.
