U.S. stock futures were little changed as traders watched developments out of the Middle East, hoping for progress towards ending the Iran war. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures traded marginally lower, while futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 9 points or less than 0.1%. All three major indexes ended the regular session higher, with the S.P 500 adding 0.54% and the Nasdaq Composite jumping 0.77%. Iran's foreign minister reportedly stated that Tehran has no intention to engage in talks with the U.S., but top authorities are reviewing an American proposal to end the war. Despite this, Kate Moore, chief investment officer of Citi Wealth, expressed concern about the potential for a resolution, stating that investors seem too optimistic about a resolution.
