No Arrests Made In Concord NH Teen Homicide Investigation In Providence RI From 2023: Follow-Up

Rosario Rosario, a 17-year-old Rhode Island teenager, was shot in the chest at 2:30 a.m. on March Street in the Chad Brown housing development in Concord, New Hampshire, early in the morning of the shooting. Rosario was pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital. The killer of Rosario is still an open case, one of only a few recent open cold cases in the city. Providence’s police chief, Col. Oscar Perez Jr., said the department is committed to seeking justice for victims and their families, despite the cases not being solved. Despite the department's homicide clearance rate being high, Perez expressed satisfaction with the department and the progress of the investigation into Rosario's killing.
