The technology, which costs less than electricity from coal or natural gas in most parts of the world, significantly reduces our reliance on fossil fuels and democratizes electricity by reducing our dependence on big utility companies and oil-rich nations. Despite recent controversies over climate change, this bill could be the answer for Minnesoteans who have been seeking a solution.
