Wake County parents arrested after allegedly scarring child with scalding hot water: Warrants

Two Wake County parents, Christopher Eugene Ross and Tamara Ross, are facing felony child abuse charges for allegedly forcing their child's feet into boiling water, causing severe burns and blisters that left the child with permanent scarring. In addition to the felony charge, Christopher Ross was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. This is not the first time either of these parents have been charged with child abuse; they are being held without bond in the Wake County Detention Center.
