Suffricane. The Suffolk Police Department has arrested 28-year-old Mailk Raheem D’one Harper in relation to multiple incidents of vandalism on Bridge Road. The incidents occurred between 10pm Friday, April 17 and 9am. Six businesses were impacted, with damages estimated to exceed $10,000. Harper is being held without bond at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
