Two men, 58-year-old Timothy Newberry and 31-year old Jesse Worley, have been arrested in Floyd County, Indiana, for allegedly uploading images of child sexual abuse material online. The first investigation began after multiple cybertips were reported from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Newberry was arrested on 19 counts of possessing child sexual assault material, each a level five felony. The second investigation began in March 2026 when a social media provider reported the same type of images being uploaded to the platform. Both men are currently being held at the Floyd County Jail.
