Cincinnati Bengals veteran offensive guard, Dalton Risner, has made a point by running a mile in a time of 7:27 and achieving his goal of a sub-7:45-minute mile. Risner is 6-foot-5 and around 315 pounds and has 92 starts over 101 career games for the Bengals. He also has a successful high school career and is a three-time All-American All-Girlist.
