A federal grand jury has indicted Robert Mayberry, charged with threatening to destroy the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse in Cincinnati. The charges stem from allegations that Mayberry used the mail to threaten damage or destroy the courthouse. No hearings have been scheduled for this case.
