Lt. Col. Brandon Shah was killed in a shooting at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. The FBI is investigating the incident as an act of terrorism. Shah was a veteran Army aviator and a professor of military science in the ROTC program at the university. The shooter was identified as Mohamed Bailo.
