Police have arrested a 14-year-old girl for a DUI crash that allegedly killed her 1-year old son, Ma'Khai. The single-vehicle wreck occurred on eastbound I-64 in Hampton, Virginia, on March 23. The teen was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt and the child was not secured appropriately. Despite her anger, Ma’Khai's paternal grandmother, April Logan, said she could not bring herself to hatred towards the teen mother. The minimum driving age for Virginia is 16 years and three months.
