Maplewood Public House is set to officially open at the former Two Hound Red Brewing Co. location in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, on May 8. The 7,850 square foot space will feature an expanded kitchen, on-site brewing and small-batch beers. The restaurant's food menu features shareable items, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, with a focus on Polish-inspired fare. The signature cocktails include Pink is Punk, Pistachio Smash, and Negotiations. Maplewood Brewery & Distillery recently received double gold and second-place runner-up for its Fat Pug American Single Malt Whiskey and Wheated Bourbon at the San Francisco International World Spirits Awards.
