A man recently separated from his best friend of 20 years, who has been too busy for her to discuss, has stopped all contact after starting a new job a few years ago and became too busy. He became increasingly frustrated with her suggestions, which he called inappropriate and he lost his temper. Since then, she has ceased all contact and didn't reply to my apology for losing temper. She has now emailed him asking to meet when she is less busy, expressing her feelings but missing her friend.
