The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reported a 2.1% increase in visitor numbers in February, with average daily room rate rising to about $193, a significant increase from the previous year. Hotel occupancy rates remained steady at around 80%, but the increase in room revenue was offsetting the decrease in occupancy. The gaming win on the Strip was $690.3 million, an increase of 0.9% from the year before.
