The Minnesota Vikings are reportedly planning to cut player spending from $350 million to $226 million from 2025 to 2026, amidst speculation that the team may be for sale. The team's owners, Mark and Zygi Wilf, purchased in 2005 for $600 million. A potential sale could generate at least 10 times that amount. The league would likely encourage such a sale after the sale of the Seahawks.
