Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 2 Juveniles Arrested: Norwalk Police

Norwegian police have arrested 36-year-old Francisco Rodriguez-Posligua for sexually assaulting two teenage girls. The incident occurred on the night of November 15. Following extensive investigation, police applied for an arrest warrant issued by the Stamford Superior Court. Rodriguez-Possible is charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts for illegal sexual contact with a child under 16. His bond is set at $100,000.
