Two University of Kent students die in meningitis outbreak

Two students from the University of Kent have died from "invasive" meningitis. An additional 11 students are reported to be seriously ill in hospital. Over 30,000 students, staff and their families are being contacted by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) regarding the outbreak. The disease can be serious if not treated promptly.
