Flight cancellations rise as severe weather takes over East Coast

The National Weather Alert Service has issued a severe weather warning for much of the East Coast, with over 60 flight cancellations and 83 delays reported at Jacksonville International Airport. The Midwest is also experiencing record-breaking blizzard conditions. This is part of the ongoing partial government shutdown, which has resulted in several postponions.
