Police: Man arrested after trying to break into Pueblo daycare with realistic-looking water gun

Pueblo police have arrested 43-year-old Phillip Martinez, who is facing a charge of felony menacing for allegedly attempting to break into a daycare facility with a realistic-looking water gun. The suspect was located several blocks away from the facility and was identified as Martinez. The incident occurred on May 5.
